Only room left for the night welches a $80 upgrade was a four class upgrade to a suite which was much bigger and had two TVs, so I took it, had no other option. Walked into the room and if that was a four class upgrade I would hate to Tümpel a regular room. Room was very small, only one TV. Don't get me wrong, hotel was very nice. Big screen TV,nice showers and towels, but felt very very very cheated. Along with the $52 for parking it was like spending $600 a night for a small room.......Really??
Negativ:: Could hear people outside of room, pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Room smelled odd when we first got there.
She made a mental Schulnote and went above and beyond by leaving a birthday card for her under the door. Her customer service welches exceptional and we will definitely be staying there again.
The customer service welches great and I also liked that tipping is not allowed. Gratuity is automatically included rein the Gasthof (just 18%) and the doormen do not accept tips for helping with bags. I also used the business center and was surprised to find that use of the scanner, copier and printers welches free. I was able to print documents for a presentation for free. I had a great experience as this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
Positiv:: Very close to 2 T lines,within 5 mins walk (green-Arlington and apfelsine-Back Bay). Also lots of shops and restaurants are only a couple of minutes walk away as well.Hotel is really nice and value for money.It is very clean,and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
There welches plenty of room to move around even with all the luggage. The queen size beds were much appreciated by all and the large bathroom with separate tub and shower never felt crowded. We loved the back lawn area overlooking the water. We sat out there and had cocktails and played a game of corn hole/bags with our sons.
Negativ:: Offsite Valet Parking welches $52 über day, raising the effective room Satz cost by that amount. Bed welches too soft to Beryllium comfortable for my taste. No onsite Gasthof
Negativ:: Sofa bed mattress is quite uncomfortable, though they always are. I thought little shampoo bottles were usually standard but not included here - I found my own but I assume it's available on request. View is not great - highways on both sides and a grungy pond on the other.
Gut:: Stayed here twice. Both for location. Room rates are pricey but you are rein the midst of downtown Boston. The in-house Wirtshaus welches serving a $20 lobster dinner special which welches fantastic. Valet parking is easy and staff is very courteous. There is an extra charge for valet at $49.
Gut:: The clean room with a fireplace and decent free breakfast and evening snacks. The friendliness of the staff was an added bonus.
Manierlich:: I loved read this article the robes, comfort of the bed and pillows, provided toiletries in the bathroom. We also discovered that there welches a towel warmer which welches very nice.
Parked rein the parking garage a Notizblock away for $22 for the weekend compared to the hotel wanting to Lot me $51 to park mit hilfe day kind of a no brainier. World health organization's there was a pool or hot tub to relax rein during ur stay.
I stayed following an historic blizzard hinein Boston, and being hinein that space, so warmly greeted, every need considered -- I can't say enough about how wonderful this establishment is. I would stay again, every time I'm in Boston!
The Precinct Ausschank had a good energy and good drink selection but the food and desserts were just okay (we did not get a chance to try the Wirtschaft). We wish there was a Schwimmbecken or hot tub, which would have been perfect for post-race recovery.
